Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Currently, PayPal is the only payment method.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Shipping And Handling
Shipping is charged to incorporate packing and postage costs. Our normal method of delivery is by Royal Mail Post (1st Class recorded for UK) but at OUR discretion we will send by any method applicable.
Delivery Schedule
We will dispatch your order by '1st class' mail on the day or following working day of receipt if we have the goods in stock. For UK orders you will normally receive your order within 3-5 working days. International order can take longer depending on the postal service of the particular destination country. If we do not have all or part of your order in stock or cannot source it within 1 to 2 days, we will tell you by e-mail . We will tell you when we expect that part of the order to arrive. We may send your order in more than one package if some items are not in stock, however we will only charge you one postage fee.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Currently we are not VAT registered so our prices always includes the VAT that we have to pay for the goods. This means we cannot deduct VAT for export orders or offer VAT invoices.
Guarantee
In addition to the individual manufacturers warranties we offer a 30 day guarantee on all parts except batteries that during that period become faulty or are not manufactured to an acceptable standard. This does not include crash damage.

Radio Control Helicopters are not "toys," they are operational helicopters with all the inherant dangers of such devices. Construction and operation of helicopters requires training and caution. The Flight Box makes no claim of guarantee, warranty or any other claim, expressed or implied, that any item purchased is suitable for any purpose including the intended purpose. Further, you specifically agree when placing any order that you will hold The Flight Box completely free of liability or blame for any damage, harm, loss or claim arising from the purchase, assembly, use or misuse of any product(s) purchased from us. Nothing said, written or implied by any person connected with The Flight Box shall invalidate any of the preceding disclaimer. The purchaser assumes all liability for all potential damages or claims that might arise from the purchase or handling of any items purchased.

The Flight Box do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
We accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. Please LET US KNOW BY EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING GOODS within the 7 working days of receipt. You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation and return of the goods.

If returning a helicopter kit which included special offer options, the complete package is returnable. You will not be able to keep the options and be refunded with the basic kit price.


This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
